About Our Timber
All of the timber we use is 100% hardwood, including ash, beech, silver birch, and other quality hardwood species, selected for their excellent heat output and clean-burning properties. Our timber is sourced from local, renewable sources, supporting sustainability while maintaining high standards of quality. Our logs are seasoned and split in-house, giving us full control over quality and consistency. Each log is split to an average length of 8–10 inches, making them suitable for most wood burners, fireplaces, and fire pits. The logs are seasoned well in advance of delivery to achieve a moisture content of under 20%, ensuring an efficient burn, strong heat output, and minimal smoke.
